Privacy Policy
This policy explains how The 360 Journey LLC handles information through the360journey.com, our GoSuite pages and forms, free resources, coaching, courses, workshops, and related services.
Information you provide
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, program interests, inquiries, registrations, and enrollment details. Your messages or coaching participation may include personal goals and other information you share. Please do not submit passwords, wallet keys, seed phrases, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in forms or messages.
Website and payment information
Our website, form, hosting, and payment providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and session identifiers to operate and protect their services. Payment details are handled through the payment service shown at checkout; we receive information needed to identify and administer the transaction.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested downloads, arrange appointments, manage enrollment and access, deliver programs, support participants, maintain records, troubleshoot problems, and protect our services. When you request the free starter kit, your name and email are collected and the PDF download links are displayed after submission. A course purchase is optional.
Email and communication preferences
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a resource allows us to respond about that request. It does not constitute consent to unrelated SMS marketing. Where we send marketing email, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting Info@The360Journy.com. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary purchase, scheduling, or service messages.
Service providers and other disclosures
Information is processed by providers that help us operate, including Base44 for our website and GoSuite for funnels, forms, and customer records, as well as the payment, scheduling, communication, and course-delivery services used for your interaction. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate protections. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our sites and embedded services may use cookies, local storage, and similar tools for functions such as sessions, forms, preferences, and security. Your browser can block or delete cookies, although some features may stop working. Where a service offers privacy or cookie controls, you can use those controls. This notice does not override consent choices required by applicable law.
Retention, security, and your choices
We keep information as needed for the purposes described here, including service delivery, transaction records, dispute handling, and legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Contact Info@The360Journy.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your preferences. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or otherwise permitted. Rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law.
Children and international visitors
Our paid coaching and educational services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and address it. Our business operates in the United States; providers may process information in other locations where they operate.
Updates and questions

Payment, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
This company-wide policy applies to paid programs, courses, coaching, workshops, and other services offered by The 360 Journey LLC through its website, funnels, and related enrollment channels.
No refunds; transfer to another program
Payments are non-refundable. Monies paid are transferable to another The 360 Journey program. If you need to cancel or change your participation, contact Info@The360Journy.com to arrange the program transfer. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
How to request a transfer
Email Info@The360Journy.com with your name, the email used for the purchase, the original program, and the program you would like to transfer the monies to. Do not email payment-card details. We will review the payment record and confirm the transfer arrangements in writing, including the amount applied and any difference in the new program price before you commit.
Scheduling and access
Confirm dates, format, included sessions, and digital access duration before enrolling. Contact us promptly about a scheduling conflict or requested change. A transfer is to another program; it is not a promise of immediate availability in a particular cohort. No lifetime access, automatic rescheduling, or specific transfer processing time is promised unless stated in your written enrollment details.
Payment plans and provider changes
If an offer includes installments or a minimum commitment, review those terms before purchasing. A transfer request does not by itself change a previously agreed payment schedule; any change will be confirmed in writing. If we change or cannot deliver a program, we will contact affected participants about available arrangements and honor remedies required by law.
Free resources
The starter guide and fillable workbook are free and do not require a course purchase. The hypothetical $500 examples in the resources are separate from course tuition.
Existing agreements and questions

Terms & Conditions
These terms govern use of The 360 Journey LLC website, free resources, and services. Review them and the applicable program details before requesting services or purchasing. A separate written agreement expressly agreed with us governs any specific terms it changes.
Our services
The 360 Journey offers faith-centered coaching, education, workshops, and related services. Program descriptions, prices, format, scheduling, access duration, and any minimum commitment are provided in the applicable offer or written enrollment details. Ask Info@The360Journy.com about any unclear detail before paying.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter the applicable agreement. Provide accurate registration and payment information and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep your course-account credentials private.
Purchases and payment policy
Prices and payment frequency are stated in the relevant offer and checkout. The Cryptocurrency: Foundation To Freedom hybrid course offered in our GoSuite funnel is $497 USD per person as a one-time tuition payment. TradeWise: Foundation to Confidence is a six-week course offered for $497 USD per person as a one-time tuition payment. These prices do not include other coaching tiers advertised separately. Education and coaching boundaries
Coaching and educational resources do not replace licensed mental-health care or individualized legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Stocks, options, Forex, cryptocurrency, and other investments involve substantial risk, including possible loss of the entire amount invested. Options and leveraged Forex can produce rapid losses and may not be suitable for everyone. Courses provide general education, not personalized advice or trade signals. Examples and hypothetical allocations are for learning, not buy or sell recommendations. We do not promise income, profit, financial independence, business results, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and for seeking qualified advice appropriate to your situation.
Participation and respectful conduct
Use the services lawfully and treat others respectfully. Do not harass others, interfere with access, share another participant's personal information, or record or redistribute sessions without permission. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial details in a group setting. Group participation does not create legally privileged confidentiality, and we cannot guarantee another participant's conduct. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect participants, consistent with applicable law and any applicable agreement.
Materials and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, materials supplied by The 360 Journey are protected by intellectual-property law. You may download the free PDFs and use materials provided with your enrollment for your own learning. You may not sell, republish, distribute course materials, or share paid account access without permission. Your own workbook responses remain yours. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party tools and availability
External platforms, links, payment services, and tools may have separate terms. Links are provided for convenience and are not guarantees of their content, security, or results. We may maintain or update our website and course materials. Report access problems to Info@The360Journy.com so we can assist.
Responsibility and legal rights
We aim to provide accurate, useful material, but information may become outdated or contain errors. No statement in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives non-waivable consumer rights, or removes a remedy required by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Requesting a free resource does not require buying a program. Marketing preferences can be changed using an unsubscribe option or by contacting Info@The360Journy.com.
Changes and contact
