Invoice Terms and Conditions


The 360 Journey LLC

  1. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Full payment is required to confirm and secure any services, sessions, or program access.


  1. No Refund Policy
    All payments made to The 360 Journey LLC are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, missed sessions, cancellations, or changes in personal circumstances.

  2. Transfer Policy
    While payments are non-refundable, they are fully transferable:
    - You may transfer your payment to another person, provided that written notice is given at least 7 days prior to the originally scheduled service or session.

    - You may also transfer your payment to another service offered by The 360 Journey LLC, subject to availability and approval.

    - Transfers must be requested in writing and confirmed by The 360 Journey LLC to be valid.

  3. Service Modifications or Cancellations by The 360 Journey LLC
    If The 360 Journey LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a service, clients will be offered the option to transfer the payment to a new date, another eligible service, or an approved recipient.

  4. Client Responsibility
    Clients are responsible for ensuring that any recipient of a transferred service completes all necessary registration steps and meets any eligibility requirements for the selected program or session.

  5. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which The 360 Journey LLC is registered.

  6. Acceptance of Terms
    By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
